The school year was fine, I made a lot of new friends, and managed to get along with everyone in Journalism. Except Matt Moore. I hated thinking I could just get by without doing work. I was poorly mistaken. I felt things could have gotten much better, however all I can do now is hope for the best, and attempt to work harder in the future. I’m ashamed that all the things I didn’t do were the easiest things possible. I will not make that mistake again. I plan on following all the blog assignments. I wil be more assertive and get that ad from Focus Threads. I will also become a much better editor. I’ll try to write atleast one article every issue. I expected it to be like last year where I was the passive one being told what to do, however the inadequacy of motive led to my downfall. Never again.
